Direct Deposit

Employee net pay may be allocated across up to 4 different banks/accounts. Internally creates a NACHA standard file.

Tax Processing

Computes Federal, State, FICA, Medicare, FUI, SDI, SUI + up to 7 user-defined Local Tax items. Manual or Computed  tax calculation modes.  Auto-deposit via check or EFTPS Credit payment option.

Unlimited Pay Frequencies & Processing Flexibility

Handles "normal" [Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Bi- Monthly, Monthly 12x/yr.)] cycles, as well as  "odd" pay frequencies  (20x/yr, etc.) & 8-Day Cycle (4 On/4 Off).  Easily provides mid-cycle, single employee "immediate" checks.
